Turbo Encabultor is a joke, told with a straight face.

• Every machine, part, material, unit, specification, warning and maintenance instruction on this site is invented. None of it describes a real product.
• Nothing here is engineering, safety, legal, medical or financial advice. Do not build, operate, lubricate or rely on anything described here.
• The spec sheets, posters, cards and certificates are novelty items. A Certificate of Encabulation is not a qualification, licence, award or certification of any kind.
• The fictional maker, "The Encabultor Works, Department of Unnecessary Precision", does not exist. It is not a company, an agency or a standards body.
• The "turbo encabulator" is a famous 1944 parody by John Hellins Quick, later performed in several films. This site is an independent, original take on that kind of humour. It reproduces none of those works, and it has no connection with their authors, owners or the companies that appear in them.
