Plain rules, no small print.

Unspent packs

If you bought a Cog pack and have not spent any of its Cogs, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

• Sign in to your wallet and choose Refund next to the pack. You can do this yourself once every 90 days.
• If the button is not there, or you have already used it, email help@turboencabultor.com and a person will help.
• The money goes back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with. The pack's Cogs are removed from your wallet.

Spent Cogs

Digital files are delivered the moment you unlock them, so spent Cogs are not refundable. If a file is broken, will not open or is not what the preview showed, tell us at help@turboencabultor.com: we will fix it or give the Cogs back.

The Chief Engineer's Edition (when it is offered)

Cogs are taken only after the text has been written and delivered. If the attempt fails or is refused, you are not charged.

Tips

Tips are gifts to the site and buy nothing. If you tipped by mistake, email us within 14 days and we will send it back.

Free Cogs

Welcome Cogs and Cogs we grant have no purchase price and cannot be refunded.

Disputes

Please write to us first; we answer quickly. If a payment is disputed or reversed through PayPal or a card issuer, the pack's Cogs are removed and the wallet is paused until the matter is settled.
